    This is the front of the Alamo. When people come to San Antonio, this is usually the first place they come to see. I am glad to live in a city that is part of Texas independence. Some people think that this was the start of the revolution It is the most famous, but not the starting block. A little research will show you how it came down to this final showdown between Santa Ana's army and the Texians that were here to defend it. I just love history, a fascinating trek of how we came to be.
