In Texas, traditionally dogs are more than pets they truly are part of the family. Sullivan is a rescue dog who works side by side with me in the fields and forests while my daughter, his best friend, is at school. Sullivan and Briezie (my daughter) share everything. Here Briezie is sharing a heartfelt video of a rescue of injured puppies. Love of nature and four-legged animals (especially those in need) is a tradition I continue to pass on to my (two-legged) children.
