I had the pleasure to bring some South Brazilian tradition to my friends in the UK. My Irish mate asked me for a proper barbecue for his Stag Do – he wanted ‘Costelão no chão’ – which means the full cow’s ribs on the fire. The only issue would be to convinced his future wife to 'burn' the back garden... well she didn't hesitate for a second and we are now planning another one for her and her friends too for summer/17.
