On the sand disposition of the Torsha River, CoochBehar, one afternoon I found this bird just flying out near my feet.It sat some meters off me staring hard at me.I began crawling on the sand to get closer.The afternoon sun at around 3;30 pm fell directly on the face of the bird.It posed for me for nearly 5 minutes and then flew away.
