I returned again this year to the wonderful river deltas in South Iceland. I shot this one from a helicopter about 200 feet over the emerald green waters of a delta near the famous Eyjafjallajokull volcano. The deltas are ever changing and I love the beautiful natural patterns formed by the glacial meltwater as it meanders towards the ocean.
