    The way great egret chicks get mom to regurgitate food is that they grab a hold of her beak, this stimulates her to release its catch. After mom leaves the nest, the chicks go at each other for a bit, I'm guessing to get the other one to release its food. I photographed this pair up close at a wild bird rookery. I set my shot up against a darker green background and exposed for the white, achieving this portrait style picture.
