The South Island of New Zealand has some of the most rugged and exceptional landscape in the world. However, sometimes the most beautiful part of traveling is the transient moment. Just as the light began to fade over Hakatere Conservation Park, the sky put on a show. Those looking up were rewarded with a riotous display of color streaking across the clouds and reflecting the most magnificent sunset.
