After a long hot day and discovering a scorpion in my bedroom in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, I was a bit out of sorts. My husband suggested I take some time to myself at a nearby rooftop restaurant, Antonia's Bistro, which became our absolute favorite in San Miguel de Allende. This was the epic sunset scene which fell upon myself and fellow diners, peace from the rooftop.
