A sunrise surveillance of the Badlands. We were up at 4am, and drove out to this overlook to take in the scenery and try to catch some decent shots of the cowboys as they rode the ridge. It was one of those mornings where you have to decide if it's better to watch the setting unfold through your lens or soak it up with the naked eye and just enjoy being there.
