The ride from Daisetsuzan back to Sapporo was scary but I never regretted it. We were driving through a raging snowfall for almost 2 hours but a photo like this I can never replicate in a studio setting. We were about to enter another tunnel when the wind started to rush in on us with the snow falling. I believe my wife increases the speed of the vehicle as she was anxious to get into the safety and comfort of the tunnel. This moment felt like we were warping through snow.
