It is so exciting to walk through a local wet market in District 5 of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The hawkers are selling all sorts of goodies. It seems rather narrow when I first step into the makeshift wet market. However, it is never too cramped for the Vietnamese as one can see a motorbike cruising through the centre lane of the market. I love how the harsh noontime light from the sun above seems to illuminate dashing motorist. It makes everything extra three dimensional.
