On a very hot day I decided to hike the Wahweap wash to finally see the Wahweep hoodos. I got to the hoodoos, snapped a few pictures and headed back down the wash. It is over three miles each way from the trailhead. I had three liters of water with me and I almost ran out. I was very happy to get back to the car. These rock formations reminded me of eyeholes in masks.
