The Planet of the Midnight Sun
Ugh. Iceland. What an incredible place. You can find an amazing photo op at every turn. We were exhausted after landing in Reykjavik at 7:00 am, and spending most of the day exploring. But when the sun sets at midnight, how can you go to sleep? So we climbed this small mountain right next to our temporary home at dusk. I honestly wasn't expecting much. But the view at the top was unbelievable - I swear I can see Canada. I'm almost convinced that Iceland is on its own planet.
