The park sentries
This morning I found it in the park :bee eaters who were sentinels on dried branches of a tree.European bee-eater as the name suggests, eats insects, especially bees, wasps, and hornets. It can eat around 250 bees a day.[ These bee-eaters are gregarious—nesting colonially in sandy banks, preferably near river shores, Sexes are alike. Female tends to have greener rather than gold feathers on shoulders... Juvenile resembles a non-breeding adult, but with less variation in the feather colours.
