While photographing waders in Nagercoil, I noticed this Little Coromorant sitting on a rock projection. Didn't seem to be looking for prey either. On focusing I found it had it's eyes closed and sitting motionless! Seemed like a meditating monk! Other side of the water body had thick growth of shrubs making for a beautiful background enhancing the feather details & colors of the bird
