A young boy peers out of a gap in his tent in one of the many IDP camps, near Mosul, Iraq. What sets this camp apart from others is the nature of why it was set up. Families fleeing Mosul who are believed to have links to the Islamic State, were brought to the camp by force "to receive psychological and ideological rehabilitation” and when they will be released is currently unknown. I just really love the moment here. I'm wondering what was going through this young child's mind as he peered out from this opening in the tent. The framing you used here is excellent, great work composing this image and I appreciate how you provided some important information in your caption.
