We had just finished up photographing the Onaqui herd of wild horses along the old Pony Express trail in Utah's West Desert. The sun had just gone down when the afterglow was absolutely amazing. Everywhere we looked the scene was magical. I switched to a wild angle lens and took about 15 overlapping images. I then stitched the images together in Photoshop and this is the result. It cover over 180 degrees.
