Made a wrong turn somewhere near Lake Powell in Grand Staircase. I believe it may have been BLM property. This road seemed to go forever crossed a small stream or river several times. Followed a canyon the whole time with many slot canyons fingering off the sides. We followed it for about 30 to 45 minutes and never saw any sign of life other than bats. It truly felt like a post apocolyptic wasteland.
