The Los Angeles City Hall was the tallest building in Los Angeles just a few decades ago to day it is dwarfed by many new high rise buildings surrounding it. In response to a kinder city hall government the city has a peoples park "Grand Park" which serves the public with many special and cultural events for the benefit of the general public. It also is a location of many legal protests. This is part of my art series "Living and Loving in LA/Post Card" series.
