Summer Sunset
The sun was projected to set at 7:54 pm according to my iPhone. It was 7:40. I hopped on my bike and speeded down to the beach where I could capture the final moments of the dying sun. I parked my bike and carefully scooted my way down to the very edge of the rocks, with camera in hand, so that I could be right on the ocean. I took a deep breathe and snapped this picture. I had captured the sun's awesome goodbye to the day. Although there are sunsets 365 days a year, this one was truly "epic."
