The market which is running for 300 yrs.
This summer I visited the Red fort built by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan almost 300 years back. The entrance of the Red fort leads into the shadows of this 'Vaulted Arcade' known as the Meena bazaar earlier was known as 'Bazaar-i-Musaqqaf' (the market with roof). Shah Jahan was perhaps impelled by political reasons to position this Bazaar at the principal entrance to the fort, to exhibit the Mughal Empire's growing wealth. The shop owners have been running this place for last 3-4 generations.
