Backstreet What I love with Italy is not necessarily all the wonderful sights that are in all the travel magazines, but many of the small town streets. I feel it is these that give the atmosphere to the place. I enjoy just wandering through these areas. This photo is from Montepulciano. Although tourists flock to this famous wine town, not all venture off the beaten track. However, you don't have to venture far, before the atmosphere changes and you can leave the hustle bustle behind you.
