it was always in my mind to document about the workers who load and unload the sands, cements, coals, silica etc which are used in chemical industries.The reason to document them was they are never given much attention about their job profile,They toil for hours but their hard work is always off screen.They silently work hard with violent veins & i found that this field can be very traumatic.They are at very high risk of getting lungs related Disease. Govt. must have an extra eye on them.
