Knysna Loerie (Tauraco Corythaix)
This Knysna Loerie is endemic to South Africa, very distinct with it white tufts in its crest. They love to eat fruit, insects, berries and leaves. This one was trying to hide from me and was fully aware of my attention in him. You can see the crest is "up" and although facing away from me, he is keeping his eye on me.
