this picture is taken from Tekerhut of Sunamgonj of Sylhet of Bangladesh. when I was riding on motorcycle that time saw some children are playing with toys which is made by locally with wastage bearing of vehicle. Its a very adventurous sport and its risky also. they are riding on the road side and different vehicles are passing them.
