    I live a half mile from the Sacramento International Airport. There are rules and regulations regarding fly overs in highly populated areas near the airport. However, during recent forest fires in our area, DC 10 Fire Fighter (chemical fire retardant dropping) airplanes were allowed to fly over my house on the way to re-fill at the airport.
