Bennett's Pond in Ridgefield, CT engulfed in early morning fog. Though only a few hundred yards from a busy highway and the urban rat race of Fairfield County, this state park provides a much-needed escape for nature lovers. On misty mornings such as show here, it's particularly easy to become lost in this beautiful and peaceful world (both figuratively and literally).
