    This is Francisco "Kiko" Talan - a Cutler, who makes a living sharpening knives and other sharp metals or instruments. He's been doing this for 32 years with his grinding machine installed on his bicycle. He is serving numbers of town in Camarines Sur, Bikol, Philippines. He is just traveling through his bike.
