The Witch's House
It looks inoffensive enough by daylight...yet still it earned its name thanks to its resemblance to a gingerbread house (think Hansel and Gretel) and an owner who was not particularly fond of children. It even used to have red and blue shingle siding, which seemed all the more candy-like. the house was built decades ago, but still people who knew of it as children will come up the road to visit "the witch's house."
Some stories never fade.
