    Florida is surrounded by water on all sides and is full of water on the inside. Florida has many underground caves and aquifers. There are many fresh water springs across the state. This particular spring is known as Ginnie Springs. It is also a Cave Scuba Diving Mecca. The cave systems go for miles under ground.
