She has shouldered the burden of being a military kid her entire life. Six moves and six different schools in 13 years and, soon, she'll be the new kid, somewhere else, again. She says goodbye a lot and she's given more of herself and her time to her country than she realizes, without complaint or fuss. She knows what sacrifice is. She knows what patriotism is. She is an extension of her father's love of and service to this country, wrapped in the colors of it's flag.
