It was very hazy out this morning and I was curious to see how well my camera could capture that. Not too bad, not too bad at all. This is pretty much the way my eyes saw it - clear up close but soft and sort of ethereal in the distance. It is completely beyond my comprehension that Philip Anschutz and the Broadmoor Hotel believe they can "improve" this scene by adding picnic and wedding pavilions, a horse riding operation and a BBQ wagon. We are doing our level best to prevent that.
