The moon was just rising, casting a beautiful orange glow on the waters of Kentucky Lake. The moon bathed a lone fishing boat in its eerie moonlight. A gentle breeze rustled through the trees. It was peaceful watching the boat drift along and gently bob in response to the motion of the water. I stood on the shore and basked in the utterly peaceful scene; knowing it was a privilege to be a part of a fleeting moment in time.
