Bhitarkanika is an amazing mangrove wetland ecosystem. The only mode of entry is using a motorboat after seeking permissions from the forest dept. And you can not get down on the banks for they are ruled by giant crocodiles. Here a monitor lizard is feasting on the carcass. During the low tide time you can get lucky to see them near to shore.
