As the sun began to set (4:51pm), I saw this person being caught in light of the afternoon sun. It was only after I uploaded this image in my computer that I realized that the person was an old lady protecting her eyes from the harsh sunlight. This image was taken at the soon-to-be demolished Rochor Centre, one of the oldest and iconic residential buildings here in Singapore. The place will surely be missed, especially for us street photographers who’s been documenting life here for years.
