    Ayun is a small village 16 kms down from Chitral Town in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. It is the gateway to the Kalash Valleys of Bumboret and Rumbur off to the west. The entrance to Birir Valley is at Gabhirat about 5 kms south of Ayun.
