The end of the first full day of Fall in Cape May, New Jersey. This sunset felt like the first true Off Season sunset in Cape May. The lingering summer crowds officially left the shore and the landscape was speckled with a handful of locals. In this photo, I liked that the people helped frame the wide seascape image and felt that it helped provide a sense of quiet and solitude that embodies the Off Season at the Jersey Shore.
