A cruise ship had arrived filled with hurricane refugees from St. Maarten, Tortola, and St. Thomas. These men had disembarked in San Juan, P.R. with nowhere to go (lodging was being arranged). They are resting on the sidewalk having survived hurricane Irma and hurricane Maria heading towards San Juan. San Juan took a direct hit about 48 hrs after this photo was taken. I hope they are safe and were able to obtain some peace within their quiet dreams...
