With a booming economy and the awarding of the 2028 Olympic Games, Los Angeles is experiencing a building boom not seen since the late 70's and early 80's. Even the shape of the skyline rooftops are beginning to evolve as the city's previous building code mandating flat rooftops to incorporate helipads for emergency evacuations has been lifted.
