    I waited for the whole year for this one weekend in September to have the fall foliage around Maroon bells and milky way in one frame. After reaching here, I had to wait for another couple of hours in freezing weather for the moon to set and the milky way to align with the Maroon bells. The Green color in the sky is due to Air glow. It was so quite and calm that you could see the reflection of the milky way in the lake clearly even with the naked eye. This image was taken at 11:59:17 pm (12 am)
