    Hurricane River is in the foreground, Lake Superior in the back. This is one of the front country campgrounds in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Even though the camp ground was full this evening, I had the beach to myself. True darkness tends to keep people away. It draws me into it.
