    The Blue Crowned Motmot is ubiquitous in Central America. This one was photographed in Gamboa, Panama, on the grounds of the Gamboa Rainforest Resort early one morning. Motmots are named for their calls, a deep 'mooot, mooot' call. They nest in holes they dig in banks and will eat almost anything. T
