En route to Chefchaouen, a city in northwest Morocco, I could see a truck ahead of us as we drove up winding rounds along a mountain side. Heaps of hay stacks cascaded awkwardly out of the truck, a shot I was eager to capture as we drove past. It was only once we had passed that I noticed that beneath the illumaniting yellow straws of hay, workers lay to rest, taking shade from the blistering heat. One read a newspaper, the other stretched out peacefully as he took a nap.
