Hochiminh city is developing so quick. The city need more space for school, hospital, model building, e.t.c, and slum house like this need to be removed for city needed. This is one of the last house in slum area of district 4, under Nguyen Van Cu bridge. The house should been there for decades but we will not see it soon.
