A man is trying to walk while his dog is trying to urinate. It was taked in Maturana street, in Santiago, Chile. I was attracted by the blue of the wall but the dog and its owner made me the photo.

I love it. Your composition is fantastic. I love that you saw — anticipated — this moment. The desperate reaching of the dog towards the yellow pole is awesome, and makes the photo. Especially as the man is looking in the direction of the tree, which has a little natural area for the dog. You can almost hear him grumbling, "Come on, come on." Well done Francisco.
