After spending several hours in the Masai Mara in Kenya, we finally came across a river where thousands of zebra were gathered. After waiting a further hour or so, wherein the zebra would tentatively go up to the water and then retreat, they finally began to cross, later joined by topi. A few were lost to crocodiles, but the majority made it across!
