Every orphan deserves a family
Mrs. Cotton is a mother not only to children of her very own, but to many orphans whom she has fostered. Many years ago, she saw the destruction of families that was occurring in rural Zimbabwe due to the prevalence of AIDS. With her husband, she founded a small non-profit organization called Sethule Orphan's Trust which helps to place children and provide for their basic needs. She is seen her meeting her sponsered "grandchild," whom her daughter recently sponsored, for the very first time.
