    "Better to sleep" they said. "It's too foggy and cold" they reasoned. However, I felt a magical moment was shrouded in the fog. As I walked along the crashing waves toward Haystack Rock, I configured the camera settings for I had a feeling that moment would be ephemeral. I stopped for a second to warm my hands...and that's when I looked up. Suddenly, the mist had shifted to reveal the unmistakable jewel of the night sky...the Milky Way. Overwhelmed and misty-eyed, I clicked. Then, it was gone..
