If we hadn't seen him move, neither my mom nor I would've known that this tiny little sand-colored crab was even present on the ocean shore of Assateague Island. He was so small and petite and, after getting used to him we decided to carefully pick him up to admire him closely before setting him free again to roam his habitat. It was our first time seeing an ocean (and a wild crab) in person and we had such a great time!
