Seals in the kids pool
This seawall in La Jolla San Diego was originally constructed in 1932 to protect against the constant tidal onslaught. it became popular with families due to its calm protected waters however these properties also attracted the local fauna as well. now, thanks to protection and preservation efforts, you're far more likely to catch a glimpse of seals and sea lions basking in the sun than you are children.
